Senior Residential Support Worker

The shift patterns consist of long days and sleep ins on a 2 on 4 off Rota.

Experience in working with children or young people in a residential care environment is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be offered.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will engage directly with our young people to provide care and support, helping each one to flourish. While the role may present challenges, it is immensely fulfilling.
